Raw naturally dried apricot seeds The human animal has 4 taste buds: sweet, sour, salty, and bitter and, ironically, most individuals only use two (salty and sweet). Only occasionally do we use sour (i.e., lemons and limes). Bitter is rarely if ever used and for the most part people today don’t enjoy a bitter taste like people did in the past. The human animal has evolved with these 4 taste buds for a reason. Each one is designed chemically to provide us with specific nutrients to nourish our system (our cells). This is why they taste so different. Each one is chemically designed for specific targeted nourishment. Many moons ago our ancestors utilized everything that was provided on their land as food. Today’s idea of food has been replaced with an emotional attachment to the decision making process. This presents a problem and will continue to be a problem for most. This is why humans are the only species that require help in figuring out what foods are healthy to eat. This, of course, opens a Pandora’s box for marketers and the huge corporations they work for to sell their opinions by eliciting emotional responses in you – the consumer. they only target the most frequently used taste buds (sweet and salty). If they choose to use sour which they occasionally do it is accompanied by sweeteners. In today’s society all of the products that are designed to tantalize your taste buds have been tampered with chemically, synthetically, and genetically. If you shop at a major food chain you are indulging and ingesting processed chemicalized pretend food that has no business being placed inside your live body system, let alone the live body systems of those you care about! Sweet and salty food products with the occasional sours have all been processed and tampered with so severely that the chemical interactions are causing much harm and creating addictions that have never been seen before in human history. Stop, Look , and listen to how much disease is around you and realize that humans are the only animals that have altered thier food supply. The 4 major taste buds worked for many centuries in providing us with the specific nutrients we required daily to continue along the evolutionary pathway that allowed us to adapt positively. The taste bud sweet was for many, many years provided by natural sugars; such as sugar cane, honey, fruits, and agave nectars. These are just to name a few coming from vastly different regions and sources. Today’s sugars are so far removed from the originals that all of the vital nutrients have been altered in ways that do not serve us except emotionally. White processed table sugar and synthetic sugars are designed to stimulate your taste bud for sweet; such as equal, sweet and low, splenda, and the many others that are having ill effects on human health. The reason for this is cheap production and huge profits at the cost of the consumer. You haven’t a clue how many products you consume daily that have these substitutes that are causing you and your family harm and will eventually lead to one of the many diseases you hear about today. Chances are if you are consuming products that have these substitutes, then most of your decisions are based on marketing and not the facts. The taste bud salty has been heavily stimulated for centuries and enjoyed, for the most part, untampered with until recently (the last 100 years). Today’s salt is completely processed and adulterated in ways that has altered the original spice with all of its vitality and nutrient content. This sets up an array of other added problems to an already adulterated so called food supply. For most individuals are dehydrated due to the lack of clean water consumption and the lack of hydrated foods (raw vegetables, raw fruits, and raw nuts and seeds). This, with emotional ups and downs (stress of daily life), added to dehydration sets up many inflammatory conditions such as high blood pressure, pain, and many more current conditions that are being misdiagnosed. People are being given pharmaceuticals that have harmful side effects. If one is hydrated through clean water consumption and adequate real raw food like your ancestors thrived on then one can comfortably enjoy sea salt that allows for nutrients to enter your body’s cells and do the job that evolution has allowed your ancestors to adapt to. The taste bud sour is rarely used, but when used, it is used very sparingly in today’s times. Many, many moons ago sour foods were considered food and utilized daily for they were a natural part of daily diet providing the human body with an array of much needed nutrients that were separate and distinct from sweet, salty, and bitters. This is why the human animal has the capability to distinguish between the 4 taste buds. They naturally had a symbiotic relationship with many different combinations of nutrients that allowed us to become much more mentally evolved then any other species on our planet. It’s the food we ate for thousands of years that has allowed for a positive adaptation that served our peasant ancestors very well. In today’s times most individuals are eating a rich processed (used to be real food) diet, also done cheap and fast due to mass production. This will lead one and their family members down a road filled with signs and symptoms that one will seek out help from those that they feel can help them in their time of crisis. Again, at this point one is concerned and emotionally attached to their crisis and ends up making a decision based on the moment’s information. This continuation of an emotional attachment to the decision making process is an area of concern because one can not use their common sense when one lives in fear. This is where heavy marketing comes into play with their constant bombardment eliciting responses that only serve their bottom line (profit and gain). The facts get distorted when $’s are involved; especially millions and billions of dollars. This is why the food supply is tampered with in a way that tantalizes the 2 major taste buds and throws the other two to the side (marketing). So sour gets put to the side yet in it’s natural unadulterated raw form it has many beneficial nutrients from many different sources, from many different locations around the globe that all humans utilize to their advantage. The taste bud Bitter never ended up in today’s society, but was heavily used in society many, many moons ago and was a staple in the human design. Before humans had emotional ties to food people ate bitter raw foods that provided specific nutrients designed to be utilized for the body’s (cells) benefit. In bitter foods there are specific components that can not be obtained from accessing any of the other 3 taste buds. This is why there are 4 different taste buds. This is why the human animal requires eating a variety of whole raw foods that stimulates all 4 taste buds. The major component of bitter foods that is lacking from today’s processed diet is B-17 amygdaline otherwise known as laetrile. Most individuals and nutritionists are unaware there is another B vitamin that has been processed out of the food supply. This too is an essential food factor for human design and it is in all bitter foods. The absence of B-17 in the human diet allows for a deficiency problem to occur which will manifest itself in the form of signs and symptoms that will ultimately get a label of a disease process; such as cancer. A mutation of cells will occur due to an inadequate lifestyle of environmental factors that you, the individual, are in control of. All that is needed are the facts, and when presented properly one can recreate the environment in which one lives in and make the proper choices that are adequate for one’s health and the health of their family. The classification of B-17 falls in what’s called the nitriloside family which consists of over 1200 edible plants (seeds of fruit, grasses, raw cacao real chocolate, and apricot seeds just to name few) that have been removed from the American diet. Animals that once consumed mass quantities of grasses by grazing consumed B-17 nitrilosides in mass quantity have had their diets adulterated and are now being pumped with feed, filled with hormones and antibiotics that is ultimately consumed by the consumer. We have also been taught that meat (chicken, beef, pork, and fish) should be a major staple in the human diet. This was not the way of your ancestors that lived a peasant lifestyle. Disease processes is affecting 1 out of 3 individuals and steadily climbing, growing one’s dependence on the medical community for answers, based out of fear. In fear, emotions run high and one does not use there commonsense this presents a problem because inadequate decisions are left to other so called experts. The experts are being taught and given “rewards” by the very large corporations. The large corporations are concerned with keeping stockholders happy and keeping their profits and gain high rather then what’s right. This is why the food supply is tampered with so frequently because the more profit you can create with cheaper manufacturing processes, the better for the corporations who’s existence is to create more wealth. Greed is a very strange emotion and when it is not put into proper perspective and balanced out, it can create uncomfortable situations with repercussions that are not of any benefit to the majority.
